Dr. Park is one of the most educated, responsive, caring and compassionate veterinarians I have ever had. She truly... cares for her clients and their parents. Dunkin and Tarly are so thankful to have her as their vet!read more

When Dr. Cordy owned Harbor Animal Hospital it was a reputable vet, now that it is owned by Heart and Paw it is a money... machine that doesn't care about the actual animals. My dog has been on the same medication for the last few YEARS. We called to get the prescription (that he needs to take EVERYDAY) refilled and we are now on day 3 of ZERO communication on their part, oh yeah and still no Medicine for my dog! Stay away from this place!read more

A years ago when my family and I had to make the decision to put our baby Torri to rest, Dr. Brown was very... compassionate and walked us through the whole process. Even behind a mask (COVID) I could see in her eyes that she cared for us, that is was NOT just a job. A couple of months later I was shortly blessed with two fur babies, Scrappy and Bubbles. Without hesitation I brought them to Dr. Brown at Harbor Animal Hospital, Scrappy and Bubbles LOVE HER. Thank you Dr. you make a big difference in this world.read more

VERY disappointed in Harbor and have decided I won’t be going back. I’ve been bringing my pets here for over 16 years,... but now I can’t even leave a voicemail never mind speak to a person! My dog has not been well since yesterday and I had NO way to reach the office of my regular vet to have her seen?! Your phone service is STILL down and I have to contact you by email? Are you serious? That’s no way to do business and certainly no way to treat a long standing client. Like other pet owners, I want to be able to call my vet office, speak to a real person, and have my pet seen if necessary, not just for regular visits. I’m sure I won’t be the only client you’ve lost and will be losing! WOW!read more

I am grateful for the professional, competent way Doctor Brown and Vet Tech, Annie took care of my dog Millie in her... final hours. But it is their caring and compassion that makes me weep with gratitude. They handled a difficult and emotionally painful situation with grace and kindness. There was no rushing, just ample time for reflection and decisions. You are lucky to have them care for your companions.read more

My dog had a hemangioma carcinoma of the spleen. Her symptoms were sporadic (weakness, wetting her bed,...) and usually... she was in tip top shape when she was checked by the vet a day or 2 later. We were extremely lucky to have had it discovered while it was still quite small when she was having surgery for another reason; her tumor was the size of a large grapefruit. In retrospect, her symptoms were caused by small bleed outs she was having because of the tumor. She went on to live a nother 5 yrs because it was caught, otherwise she would have gone into crisis suddenly one day or night and would have bleed to death internally.I feel for this couple.losing their Golden Retriever this way. I hope they come to realize that the vet was not responsible for their beloved dog"s death and that his advice of taking her to a specialist was correct. Hemangioma carcinoma's are ticking time bombs and Golden's and bully breeds are theposter dogs for them.read more

I have been since Dr. Cordy left and had a different vet this time. Waited a half hour in the room waiting to be seen... by the tech and then another 20 min before the vet came in. Her bedside manner was a little rough but overall liked the new vet and staff.read more

Our dog was a patient of Dr. Cordy’s for all 15 years of his life. Throughout that time, we were decently satisfied... with the care at Harbor Animal, although in the last few years, service had become much more abrupt and less caring. And on our dog’s last day, when we were panicked and had no idea what to do, Dr. Cordy wouldn’t even take our phone call, as he was “too busy.” And he refused to do so after he passed or acknowledge his passing at all. What a tremendous disappointment.read more

We have been going to Harbor for 6 years and have had numerous vets there over the years. Recently, Dr. Park had to... remove a tooth root that was left behind during a previous surgery from another vet. She was wonderful with my dog, who at times can be difficult with new people, she kept me updated all day through the procedure, and helped my dog when he had been suffering. She was quick to respond via text message with me and even saw us as a late emergency visit the night before a long weekend holiday. Overall, this was one of the best experiences with Harbor and I can’t thank them enough. I’d highly recommend Dr. Park as well as Dr. Brown who practices at Harbor.read more

Wonderful but at the moment I can't call them because they changed their answering message and it hangs up on you right... away. If you go through their website and hit call to make an appointment, it calls a completely different and unrelated veterinary clinic. I live an hour away. I chose them because they were the only vet with great reviews who is taking new patients right now. I am very glad I made the decision to go with them as they have helped us very much, but I need meds for my dog and can't get them if I can't call them. I guess I'll drive over there. At least it's a nice drive!read more

RARELY do I write reviews but I feel like Harbor Animal Hospital has been so incredibly amazing with me and my pets... that I can't not say anything about it.Way over a month ago, I was looking into switching vets and I found these had excellent reviews online plus everyone that I asked spoke great about them. They were booking out for a WHILE but I was in no rush since it was only for a senior check-up that was due for about a month either way.2 weeks before her appt, she started developing really odd vestibular symptoms that I didn't know if it was rush-to-the-ER kinda situation or a situation that could potentially wait the 2 weeks. They made time for me and my dog immediately that very same day. The doctor explained everything in detail, she had a great experience at the clinic and the cost of it was reasonable. She is now doing much better.I later on adopted a kitten who was born from a rescued stray and they also took care of him and gave my senior dog some booster shots that she was due.I am so beyond pleased and thankful for their team and their doctor. They have shown professionalism and so much love and care for my pets.read more
